Veterinarians worldwide use Bio-Medical Services for their allergy management needs, testing dogs, cats and horses. We currently serve veterinarians in all 50 U.S. states, and over 15 countries. Our laboratory staff and scientific team are the finest in the industry, and continue to enhance and expand our program in keeping with current findings from both human and veterinary allergy research.
Bio-Medical Services focuses exclusively on allergy management; including allergy testing, immunotherapy treatment, customer service, and educational support. Our program is thorough, proven and successful…we make allergy care work, making it painless and easy for everyone.
Scientific Leadership
Susan K. Keesee, Ph.D.

Dr. Susan Keesee received her Bachelor's, Master's and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. For her doctorate, she studied Immunochemistry under the supervision of William Mandy, Ph.D., Professor of Microbiology and founder of Bio-Medical Services.
After completion of her postdoctoral training at Tufts University Medical School in Boston, MA., Susan entered the Biotechnology field. During the next 17 years, her career steadily advanced from Scientist to Vice President of Research and Development in the field of cancer diagnostics.
Dr. Keesee is the holder of 4 patents related to the discovery of nuclear matrix protein markers for the early detection of cancer or its precursors, and has authored numerous research articles. Dr. Keesee joined Bio-Medical Services in November of 2002.

Rosalie Mandy
Owner, President of the Board
 Rosalie Mandy was an integral part of the business operations of Bio-Medical Services from its inception in 1989, working with her late husband and company founder, Dr. William Mandy.
Following Dr. Mandy's death in 1999, Mrs. Mandy served as CEO and guided Bio-Medical Services to new leadership, creating the exceptional scientific and management team that exists today. Mrs. Mandy is enjoying her well deserved retirement, leaving Bio-Medical Services in the very capable hands of Dr. Susan Keesee, and her daughters Pamela Mandy Blaine and Lara Mandy.

Under the leadership of Dr. William Mandy, Bio-Medical Services introduced ELISA allergy testing to the veterinary industry in 1989.
As the first laboratory to develop a commercial application for in vitro allergy management for veterinarians, Bio-Medical Services quickly became a leader in the field of canine allergy management, and today has tested hundreds of thousands of dogs, cats and horses.
